Here are Global IAQ we understand that mistakes happen. In the event that something needs to be returned let us know by emailing sales@globaliaq.com.

All items being returned to Global IAQ must be in their original packaging and accompanied by any instruction manuals and other paperwork. All items must be in a brand new (without signs of installation and with the original undamaged packaging) and resalable condition. All returns are inspected for signs of installation upon our receipt of them. The decision to issue a credit is made based on the condition of the packaging and contents at Global IAQ’s sole discretion.

Account credits will be issued for purchase price minus any discounts and can take up to 15 business days to process upon arrival. Customer cannot apply debit memos to payments until a credit memo has been issued by RGF.

The customer is responsible for all return or replacement shipping charges including insurance. However, we will reimburse the return shipping charges (least expensive available) for incorrectly shipped items. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the part was shipped incorrectly or damaged in transit. We recommend that the customer insures items being returned. Items being returned which are lost/damaged in transit are not the responsibility of the seller. However, we will assist in the buyer’s efforts to file a claim with their carrier.

Material (Products, components and/or Replacement Parts) purchased from Global IAQ may be returned for account credit only within 90 days of the date of purchase, and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Applicable credit for the balance will be applied to your account once the item(s) has (have) been received and inspected through our warehouse.
